• Every filament is tested — We print calibration parts on our X2D with chamber heater and publish real settings: flow ratios, K-factors, temperature towers
• We only stock engineering materials — PA6-CF, PA12-CF, PAHT-CF, PPA-CF, ESD-safe, PET-CF. No cheap PLA
• Settings cards included — Every spool ships with a full 4-nozzle print settings card

The Long Game

Our goal is to launch Kaizen Forge branded filament — manufactured and tested in-house for consistent, reliable results. Until then, every material we carry goes through our own testing process first.
